The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide inmate communication solutions for Sacramento County Sheriffs Department and Probation Department (County). The County currently contracts for inmate telephone services that include recorded onsite standard phone visitation and voice biometrics. This RFP is to secure a new contract for inmate telephone services. The County is also seeking services that will expand the methods by which inmates can communicate with their legal representation and the general public while maintaining required security control.
