RFP for Water Conservation Program Management Services

The City of Merced (City) Public Works Department invites your proposal to provide Water Conservation Program services. The City intends to perform residential water conservation appliance audits/fixture replacement/rebates utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. The City will negotiate a contract with the successful proposer to recommend program elements, manage the program, select, and supervise appropriate subcontractor(s) to perform on-site, residential appliance inspections and replacement activities, and rebates for purchases.

Proposal Submission:

Four (4) copies of the completed proposal must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2022.

Fee Proposal:

One (1) copy of a separate fee proposal must be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope marked “RFP for Water Conservation Program Services.”
