Allegheny County, on behalf of its Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers to implement and manage a Mobile Competency Restoration and Support Team in Allegheny County to provide necessary behavioral health services for persons assessed as being incompetent to stand trial.

DHS released this RFP in the Fall of 2022; because we did not receive any Proposals, we are releasing this opportunity again. Through the rerelease of this RFP, we hope to attract a larger audience, both nationally and locally, of qualified Proposers interested in and capable of providing this service.
