RFP ERO DO #78-F-7-22/23 - HVAC System for the Carroll County Workforce Development Training Building

INTRODUCTION The County Commissioners of Carroll County wish to receive detailed proposals for a new HVAC System to be installed at the Carroll County Workforce Development Building located at 224 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157. DESCRIPTION All work to be performed will be per the final construction specifications (document) and drawings prepared by Henry Adams Consulting Engineers and posted as separate documents on Public Purchase. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal of the existing grade mounted air handling units. Removal of all associated ductwork, piping, wiring and appurtenances. 2. Installation of three new grade mounted Air Handling Units. 3. Installation of new ductwork, air devices, supply air terminal units with electric reheat and controls to serve the spaces as indicated on plans. 4. Electrical service upgrade and installation of new electrical equipment, conduit and wiring for new equipment.
