RFP ERO DO #11-F-3-22/23 - Construction Services for the Carroll County Farm Maintenance Building Fit Out

The County Commissioners of Carroll County (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) are inviting qualified General Contractors to submit proposals for construction services for the interior fit-out of the maintenance building at the Carroll County Farm Museum. The interior fit-out is for the newly constructed 5,400 square foot (S.F.) pole barn. Construction of the interior space will include a maintenance shop, restoration room, tool & supply room, office space, breakroom & conference room, women & men restrooms, shower facilities, a mechanical room, and freezer space. The site is located 500 S. Center Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Bidders must be prequalified in areas specific to this project, prior to bid opening, through the Carroll County Department of Public Works. Prequalification applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to bid opening to allow adequate time for processing.
