RFP, Cross Connection Contractor
In accordance with Chapter 30B, Section (6) of the Massachusetts General Laws it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a Contractor who specialized in the management and operation of Cross Connection Control Programs for municipal water suppliers. The contractor is to be a Massachusetts Certified Cross Connection Contractor to conduct testing. The operation shall be in compliance with the rules and regulations as set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) M.G.L. 310 CMR 22.22 and the Town of Franklin’s Rules and Regulations pertaining to Cross Connection Control.
