RFP #07-089 - Consulting Services to Assist with the Assessment and Procurement of Utility Customer Self Service Web Portal and Mobile App

The City of Roseville – Roseville Electric and Environmental Utilities – (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for Consulting Services to Assist with the Assessment and Procurement of a Utility Customer Self-Service Web Portal and Mobile Application. The intent of this project is for a third-party to guide the City through the assessment and procurement phases of a Utility Customer Self-Service Web Portal and Mobile App project for the Electric, Water, Waste Water and Solid Waste Utilities. This engagement will take the City through a thorough needs assessment, technology review, high level implementation roadmap, and procurement.
