RFP - COH 2050 Master Plan

The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), is hereby soliciting proposals from all qualified companies that wish to provide the City with combined professional urban design and other planning services for the creation of a long-range master plan. Any entity wishing to submit a proposal must comply with the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”).
