Dear Vendor:

The Phoenix Union High School District is currently seeking manufacturers of furniture for inclusion in an upcoming RFP solicitation. If you would like a manufacturer brand to be considered for inclusion on the qualified manufacturer list, fill out the information requested on the forms provided with this letter, and return it to my attention, at the email address listed below. The Subject Line of the Email should read “RFI 2324-1 Submittal – Manufacturer’s List”.

Due date for submittals: November 30, 2023 at 4:00pm MST

The email submittal will automatically be date and time stamped when received.

After a manufacturer list has been developed, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to all vendors who submitted a manufacturer brand as well as all vendors listed in AZPurchasing.org with a category code of 3100 - 3111. The solicitation will request a percent discount off manufacturer list pricing for dockside delivery as well as installed delivery.

This solicitation is being done by the Phoenix Union High School District as a member of the Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (SAVE) cooperative consortium. Any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be for the use by SAVE members. The volume of purchase for this solicitation is unknown at this time.

The District encourages all vendors to submit manufacturer brands for the approved products list.
