The Los Angeles Department of Mental Health (DMH) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek interest of qualified providers for Telepsychiatry Services Countywide. RFI #DMH020419B1 Telepsychiatry Services Countywide Questionnaire Link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TK3LRTW Submissions will not be accepted by DMH Contracts Development and Administration after the deadline which is on or before August 8, 2019, no later than 12 p.m., PDT. All submissions must be received electronically using the Survey Monkey link provided above. Only one RFI #DMH07119B1 Questionnaire response will be accepted from each agency. No exceptions. All information regarding this RFI is contained in the RFI. This is a request for information ONLY; this is NOT a solicitation. No additional information will be provided by DMH staff. The RFI Questionnaire will be used by DMH for informational purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Services, or an offer of a contract. Using the responses to this RFI the County may do one of the following: (1) request further information and/or documents substantiating your agency’s qualifications and experience; (2) issue a solicitation; or (3) take no further action at this time on this matter.
