RFB: Playfair Park Site Restoration

Contractor will be responsible to furnish all labor, equipment and materials for site restoration post-reconstruction of the Playfair Park tennis courts.

Work generally consists of an irrigation plan (to be submitted to the project manager for review) to retrofit the existing irrigation on the west side of the tennis courts (no irrigation as built on file). Clearing and grubbing, grading for positive drainage, adjusting existing heads as needed and sodding. Rock picking all rocks greater than 3/4” in diameter in any direction, establish a 4” minimum depth of topsoil, finish grading, sod installation and site clean-up to ensure public safety.
