RFB ERO LIB #75-F-2-22/23 - North Carroll Library Stormwater Management Facility Renovation

The Carroll County Bureau of Purchasing, in cooperation with the Bureau of Resource Management, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material,equipment, and services necessary for the North Carroll Library Stormwater Facility Maintenance Project. The project site is located in Hampstead, Maryland with work occurring within the parking lot of the North Carroll Library Facility. Contractors must: 1. Be prequalified, prior to bid opening, through the Carroll County Department of Public Works. Prequalification applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to bid opening to allow adequate time for processing.
