RESTORATION OF CITY HALL CLOCK TOWER:

A pre-bid conference will be held March 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM at City Hall, 317 East Church Street, Elmira, NY 14901. Representatives of Owner and Architect will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Architect will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Architect considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
