RESTORE Ticonderoga Roof Repair

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is excited to announce an opportunity to submit bids for a RESTORE emergency rehabilitation project. This program is crucial in ensuring that low to moderate-income families and seniors in our community can continue to live safely and comfortably in their homes. Project Title: RESTORE Emergency Rehabilitation Project

Project Description:

• Replacement/repair of an asphalt shingle roof
• Potential repair/replacement of several pieces of decking

Scope of Work: For detailed information and specifications, please refer to the attached scope of work and bid sheet. Should you wish to view the project site prior to submitting your bid, please contact the NRDC office for arrangements.

Submission Deadline: Bids will be accepted until August 6th, 2024, at 4:00 P.M.

Announcement of Winning Bid: The winning bids will be announced no later than August 7th, 2024.

To ensure a thorough and competitive bidding process, we ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of costs for labor and materials for each segment of the project. The successful contractor must be prepared to submit current Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation certification upon award. New contractors will also need to complete our contractor application.
