NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by Krista Duhon, purchasing agent, until 2 p.m., Nov. 1, 2022, for the following goods/services. All bids received by that time will be opened and read aloud in the office of the purchasing agent located in the Miami Civic Center at 129 5 ^th Ave. NW in Miami, OK. Bids will be considered and approved by the Miami City Council upon the determination of the best value for the City.

The City of Miami is seeking sealed bids for the demolition and removal of multiple residential structures and appurtenances in Miami. Specifically, 11 & 11.5 L SE, 107 L SE, 121 L SE, 201 L SE, 1112 E Central, 1118 E Central, and 324 D SW, Miami, OK.. The awarded contractor(s) will be required to demolish the structure(s) within 45 days of award and per the specifications stated in solicitation C22-61. Asbestos is not present in the structures. PROPOSALS SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “PROPOSAL C22-61” WITH THE PROPOSER’S NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Disadvantaged Business Owners are encouraged to participate.

Any proposals received after the time set for the opening of proposals, shall not be considered by the awarding body, and shall be returned unopened to the proposer submitting same.
