The Mayors Office of The National Western Center, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the RFQ) for professional design consultant(s) to design the rail consolidation component of the new National Western Center. RFQ documents will be available for download at www.QuestCDN.com , eBid Document No. 5373783, at the cost of $10.00.
Responses are due by 10:00 a.m. MST, November 7, 2017 , delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: David Relaford, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO 80202.
A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. MDT, October 18, 2017 in Conference Room 4.F.6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.
General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (CCD), in partnership with the Western Stock Show Association (WSSA), Colorado State University (CSU), Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and History Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the National Western Center (NWC) Founding Partners, seek a professional consulting team to design the rail consolidation component of the new National Western Center.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 14% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.
General: As the Citys best interests may appear, the Citys Executive Director of Mayors Office of The National Western Center reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
