|
The City of Malibu, California is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management services during construction for future construction of capital improvement projects on an on-call basis. The City is seeking one consultant to manage and or assist during the construction of projects.
The City has multiple projects that will start construction in 2024 that range from road improvements, storm drain repairs, retaining walls, traffic signal modifications, and much more.
The contract will be for a period of three years. The City may extend this contract for an additional one year. The annual budget for these services is $50,000. The selected consultant for this contract will be expected to perform construction management tasks on an as needed basis.
