REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES- BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Scope – The County of Fairfax, Virginia, Department of Public Works and Environmental Services is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services in the areas of master planning, evaluation, design, commissioning, sustainability, operations and maintenance, regulatory compliance, peer reviews, project management (PM), safety, and construction management (CM) services for new facilities or those to be rehabilitated/replaced within the Fairfax County Integrated Sewer System under Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs).
