REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL FOR PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT APPRAISAL SERVICES

The successful Proposer shall provide professional appraisal services to establish an
independent, professional opinion of the cost of reproduction new as well as sound
value to be suitable for use by the Board for its procurement of: 1)
hazard/catastrophe insurance, and 2) flood insurance, including appraised value of
the properties separately as to both above grade value and below grade value, as
well as 3) to provide adequate documentation for use should a loss occur and proof
of loss be required.
