The County of Marquette is soliciting proposals for professional services to provide an energy audit. Background The County of Marquette has been awarded a Community Energy Management Grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Phase 1 of this grant includes a comprehensive ASHRAE Level II audit. Phase 2 of this grant will implement recommendations from the Phase 1 audit. Project Scope The project will include an audit of the following buildings following ASHRAE Procedures for Commercial Building Energy Audits, second edition. The audit will follow the guidelines in this document for a level II audit effort. -Marquette County Courthouse -Courthouse Annex -Marquette County Jail -Negaunee Service Center -Ishpeming Service Center The project will also include evaluations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure locations, a GHG inventory, and fleet electrification review.
