Description: The City of San Antonio is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, build, operate, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of multiple rooftop and parking canopy solar photovoltaic (PV) projects at multiple sites. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of CPS Energy policies and processes, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring and maintenance.
