Request for Proposal - Special Inspection Services

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with the necessary information to prepare and submit a proposal for Special Inspection Services for the new Yates County Highway and Office of Emergency Services (OES)/Public Health Facility. The proposed project will consist of the construction of the new facility, salt storage barn, sander storage barn, site improvements along with the rehabilitation and or demolition of various existing structures on the current 12-acre site. Yates County will use the submitted proposals to award a contract for the services noted within this document.

Each firm submitting a proposal shall become completely familiar with the extent and timing of the work when defined and determine the number of personnel required to provide the required project monitoring and inspection services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
