Request for Proposals

For Sale of Properties at

14 ^th and Park Street

The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for the purchase of land and buildings located at Cottonwood and Park Street (Housing Development). Additionally, the land and facilities on the site currently known as the Dodge City Park Shop on 14th Street (formerly known as the All-4-Fun Center) is For Sale. The metal building known as the Boot Hill Storage Building on 14th St. is an option for purchase as well. Proposals may include any combination of properties and/or the Boot Hill Storage Building.

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, September 1st, 2022.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
