The Town of Cairo is requesting proposals for IT Management Services and Server Replacement for the Town Hall offices. This agreement/proposal should include the following: Basic Router Management, Route Management, WAP Management, Managed Switch Basic, UPS/SNMP Device Management, Windows Build Updates, and Cyber Security.

Requesting Sealed Bids for Proposal requests for IT Management Services and Server Replacement be sent to the Bookkeeper by:

a) Mail to Town of Cairo, Bookkeeper, PO Box 728, Cairo, NY, 12413

b) email to Bookkeeper@townofcairo.com

c) dropped off to the Bookkeepers Office in the Cairo Town Hall at 512 Main Street

Bids must be received by COB (3pm) on August 1, 2024 to be opened at the August 5, 2024 Town Board Meeting
