Repair and Resurface of the Reflecting Pool at Building 8A of the W.A. Harriman State Office Building Campus

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the Division of Real Estate – Real Property and Facilities Management (RP&FM), is seeking a vendor to repair the 40’ x 150’ reflecting pool located at Building 8A on the W. Averell Harriman State Campus in Albany, NY. Currently the pool is leaking and must be sealed to prevent further water infiltration.

Bidders are advised that the State’s intent is to ensure that only responsive, responsible, qualified, and reliable Contractors enter into a contract to perform the work as defined in this document.

The State considers the following qualifications to be a pre-requisite to be considered a qualified bidder for purposes of the solicitation. Bidders failing to meet the qualifications will be disqualified from award. Bidders may not use a subcontractor’s or any other entity’s qualifications to meet requirements.

The following minimum requirement must be met by each bidder:

• Bidder must have been established in the business of masonry and/or concrete repair for a minimum for three years.
