RELOCATION OF THE A.C. FROST HOUSE

The City of Dania Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to relocate the A.C. Frost House (FH) currently situated at 158 N Federal Highway, Dania Beach, FL. The house was constructed in 1913 and contains architectural elements and materials of historic importance. The City wishes to relocate the house to a City-owned vacant lot approximately 0.3 miles away, adjacent to the existing “Women’s Club” historic home, included in this RFP as ‘Attachment A’. This project requires expertise and logistic abilities to complete the relocation of the Frost House.

Electronic proposals must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on JULY 8, 2024. Proposals will be publicly opened at 1:30 P.M. on that same day utilizing Zoom meeting software. Proposals must be submitted at www.demandstar.com.
