The College at Brockport will receive sealed bid proposals for Project 021019.
The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Tenant build-out of currently vacant fifth floor, including stud and drywall, acoustical ceilings, wall and floor finishes, heat pumps and ductwork, lighting and electrical. Alterations of entry sidewalk is in base bid, and expansion of parking lot, and repair of existing parking lot are being bid as add alternate. The work will be performed while the floors below are occupied and school programs are in session. Coordination to not disturb the operations on the floors below will be paramount.
There is an optional site visit scheduled for Wednesday October 25, 2017 at 3:00pm at The MetroCenter located at 161 Chestnut St, Rochester, NY 14604.
