SUNY ESF intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus Contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at ESF in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k,.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS “Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms”.

SUNY ESF is looking to receive access to a Platform for the purpose of Organization’s recruitment of prospective students sourced by the contracted company.

SUNY ESF will be able to utilize the Platform to review the profiles of Students, engage with counselors, make offers of admission and financial aid to Students, and receive contact information from interested Students that agree to share their personal data.

Platform must be able provide global access.

After accepting an invitation to register on the Platform, Students create profiles outlining their academic record and higher education preferences. The contracted company will use the Platform to send Organizations candidate lists of Student profiles that have been verified by authorized college counselors matching certain enrollment criteria established by the Organization. Certified Profiles will include Student-reported interests, grades, and affordable tuition ranges. Certified profiles do not include personal information (e.g., student name, date of birth, email address, phone number, etc.) which will only be disclosed after a student chooses to release such information to Organization in response to an offer.
