Recreation Complex HVAC Replacement Project

The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and licensed Contractors for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Project. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

This is a federally funded project through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for each different type of work are specified and must be complied with.
