Racine County Youth Development and Care Center Bid Release #1.5

1. Racine County is accepting bids for Bid Release#1.5 for the Racine County Youth Development and Care Center (YDCC) project. The facility will co-locate a SRCCCY and Detention Center to serve both male and female youth from Racine and surrounding southeastern Wisconsin counties including Kenosha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Rock, and Jefferson. The proposed design is a 48-bed facility, approximately 70,000 square feet, located in the Village of Caledonia.

3. Notice is hereby given that bid responses are due at 10:00a.m. CDT, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Bids to be submitted electronically via www.demandstar.com . Late bids will not be accepted.

All bid information will be located at www.Demandstar.com . It is the responsibility of prospective respondents to check the website for any future amendments, questions, addenda, etc. prior to the due date. All addenda must be acknowledged in your response.
