Added: Aug 31, 2017 4:18 pmNAVSUP FLC Norfolk Philadelphia Office Contracting Department intends to acquire administrative services to support the Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention (NADAP) Program mission and Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) alcohol and drug abuse program initiatives. This work is in direct support of Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Programs and VCNO initiatives to include tracking Navy substance abuse trends, maintaining and managing electronic Navy substance abuse prevention program data through use of Alcohol and Drug Management Information Tracking System (ADMITS), and providing administrative and technical support in support of these functions. Information on these programs and initiatives can be found at http://www.nadap.navy.mil.
The services will take place at the Governmentas facility in Millington, TN, there may be some travel involved.
It is the Governmentas intent to process this procurement as a 100% total service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside and ultimately issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items). The applicable NAICS code is 541611.
Upon its release, the solicitation N0018917QZ503 will be issued electronically and be available for downloading at the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 11 September 2017. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ.
Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments hereto. The Government will not pay for the information received. By submitting a quote, the quoter is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database shall make a contractor ineligible for award.
