Description:

The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from prospective purchasers interested in the acquisition of a City-owned property located at 601-77 South Warren Street (Tax Map No. 095.-01-01.1), currently used as a public parking garage and alternately known as the Harrison Street Parking Garage (hereinafter “the Garage”). The City of Syracuse is seeking proposals with particular emphasis placed on those that: 1) result in the return the property to the tax roll; 2) demonstrate a proven ability to operate and maintain similar facilities; and 3) detail the ways in which continued operation of this transportation asset will further the City’s goals of enhancing smart development and continued economic development on the southern edge of the Central Business District.
