2025 Pump Station, Wet Well Cleaning & Disposal Contract

Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority will accept bids for the 2025 Pump Station and Wet Well Cleaning and Disposal annual agreement in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in this request.

The awarded contractor must hold a valid NYS Part 364/381 Waste Transporter Permit, inclusive of Non-hazardous Commercial/Industrial Waste and provide a copy prior to contract award.

All work is subject to “Prevailing Wage” requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and requires submission of Certified Payroll.

BID TIME

Physical Bids only (no electronic bids) shall be received at the office of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority until 1: 00 P.M. (local time) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the 1 Lagrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 address. Bids received after this day and time will not be considered. Bids will be reviewed, and the Contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days of receipt of bids.

Deadline for questions is: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 . Responses will be issued via Addendum and uploaded to Bidnet and Contract Reporter by Friday, September 27, 2024 . It is the responsibility of the bidder to locate and read any Addendums issued.

BID SUBMISSION

Bids must be submitted on the Authority Bid Form. A Certificate of Non-Collusion also must be submitted. Bids can be either mailed or hand-delivered. For hand delivery, there is a secure drop box located at the backdoor entrance within the back-parking lot that bids can be inserted. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
