Public Opinion and Research Provider (Pollster) ? Boulder County Public Opinion Survey

1.Purpose/Background

Boulder County is seeking a professional Public Opinion and Research Provider to design and field a survey instrument of Boulder County voters that will help enhance understanding of the community’s reaction towards major issues facing Boulder County government–as well as the reaction to possible tax ballot proposals–covering such areas as transportation infrastructure, affordable housing, and behavioral and mental health services, and other critical public services. (See Specifications on p. 6 for additional details)

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m., January 19, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than, January 24, 2023.
Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, January 31, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
