2023-2028 Psychiatric Services in Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne County

OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Finger Lakes NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform psychiatric services at facilities in Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne County.

Qualified Treatment Providers who are Psychiatrist or a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site and possibly some telehealth psychiatric care and consultative services for Individuals with developmental disabilities, as outlined within Qualifications & Scope of Work.

Applicable insurances are required. Prevailing wage will not apply. OPWDD will select the responsible and responsive Bidder that will provide the lowest Proposed Hourly Rate for Psychiatric Services. There are 40 hours per week available for coverage. Vendors may bid on as many hours as they wish, but must provide a minimum of 4 hours, up to 40. The Bidder who provides the lowest Proposed Hourly Rate will be awarded the Proposed Number of Hours of Coverage they bid. If hours remain after award of the lowest Bidder, the next lowest Bidder will be awarded any remaining hours up to the Proposed Number of Hours of Coverage they bid. This will continue in order of lowest bids until all hours are awarded. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Only proposals judged to be responsive to the submission requirements set forth in the IFB will be evaluated.

There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours. Payment will be made based on actual services rendered.
