Project Details

The New York State Office of General Services, Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide Architectural & Engineering Services for MEP upgrades at Empire State Plaza, Albany NY. Firms must possess a strong architectural and building systems engineering background in all areas of MEP systems design, construction, rehabilitation, and modernization.
