Re: Project 49022 PRR Conduent RFP 4635
Kim,
Thank you for this information!
In accordance with your email request and the ITS’s Public Records Policy, InductiveHealth is hereby
providing you 14 days notice that we do plan to file a petition for a protective order on the basis of
protecting company secrets.
We are in contact with Conduent at this time and are seeking to reach mutual agreement for disclosure
so that we both may withdraw our requests. Accordingly, we would like to reserve the right to withdraw
this intention to file a petition for a protective order pending further conversations with Conduent over
the coming days.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hi Kim!
I just left you a voicemail, if you could please help direct me on next steps – we just want to be sure that a
redacted response will be sent to Conduent.
Do you have a redacted copy of our response? If not, we would be happy to work through that and send
over to you. Do we need to submit a petition to ensure the redacted response is what is issued?
Id be more than happy to talk live through this if easier, feel free to give me a call back if you’d prefer.
Thanks so much,
Savannah
