Project-Based Voucher RFP

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is seeking request for proposals (RFP) from developers for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. PBV proposals are being accepted for up to 1,200 vouchers (the number of units to be funded) for new and existing housing construction projects within the 149 Georgia counties served by DCA. DCA must receive proposals no later than Monday, June 6, 2022, at 5 p.m. Participation in the PBV program requires compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) requirements. Please note that this is a paper solicitation, and it won't be submitted in Team Georgia Marketplace.
