MARTA is seeking qualified Bidders to provide preventive maintenance and repair service for the Authority's Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR), which includes Refrigeration, Water Treatment Equipment, Chilled Water Systems, Direct Digital Control Systems and Building Automated Systems (BAS) at the MARTA Headquarters, MARTA Annex Facility, Integrated Operations Center (IOC) and Candler Park Facility.
