NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received via www.demandstar.com in the Office of the Racine County Purchasing Manager, 730 Wisconsin Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin, 53403; until 10:00 a.m. CDT, Thursday, April 13, 2023 for: Project number-PW 2023-06 Pritchard Park West Parking Lot Curb and Gutter. Bids shall be publicly opened VIRTUALLY via Microsoft Teams and only Company names read aloud.

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday March 29 ^th at 10:00 am in the Parking Lot by the Football Field. Please enter park from Ohio Street and follow the road to the west. Pritchard Park is located at 2800 Ohio Street, Racine WI 53406

THE PROJECT consists of installing all curbing and gutters as detailed on plans including islands within parking lot perimeter. (See sheet 15, view C-C for type 3 curb detail).

GENERAL INFORMATION

BIDDERS download project documents from demandstar.com. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Racine County Public Works and Development Services Department.

PROJECT DOCUMENTS are on file, available for inspection at www.demandstar.com .

A certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Racine County, shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, that the bidder will execute and file a contract and furnish a performance and payment bond for the full amount of the contract.
