Artwork: The Office of the State Public Defender will provide artwork or use awarded vendor's website; whichever agreed upon between The Office of the State Public Defender and the awarded vendor.
The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is March 31, 2026.
