Vendors are invited to submit Pricing and Discounts for
Print Shop Supplies.
Vendors must send a sample for all alternate chemical and supply brands bid.
Failure to provide samples for alternate brands may result in disqualification for that line item. Samples are to be delivered to the Alief ISD Purchasing Department at 12102 High Star, Second Floor, Houston, TX, 77072.
Each sample shall be clearly tagged to show the proposal number, item, and line number for which the sample is proposed, Vendor's name, address, and phone number.
A discount is requested for all items not specifically listed. The deadline for submission is
November 30
, at 2:00 PM
at 12102 High Star, Houston, TX 77072 at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available.
Your presence at the bid opening is not required.
Responses must be submitted electronically. Faxed, Emailed and Late Proposals will not be accepted.
We anticipate awarding this proposal on January 2024 school board meeting.
VENDORS MUST EXPLAIN MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS IN SUPPLIER NOTES SECTION.
