Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment for the Cook Chill Psychiatric Center located at 145 Old Orangeburg Rd., Orangeburg, NY 10962. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2023 @ 10:00 AM Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in Section 2 of the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Thursday, June 8, 2023 by 3:00 PM

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, June 15, 2023.

Bids and No Bid Responses are due on Thursday, June 29, 2023 by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2029.
