SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into an agreement with a qualified contractor to provide services for the preservation of land books for the Suffolk Circuit Court, City of Suffolk, in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions.

The contract period begins upon execution of the contract and goes through May 31, 2025.

The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending May 31, 2027. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
