Notes:
It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify interested
contractors for the Blount County, TN - Tuckaleechee Utility District water line and
booster station improvements projects.
RFQ Submittals - Electronic or Manual:
Electronic Submittals: Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and
submit their response to this RFQ through this online bidding system or via a manual
submission delivered to the Purchasing Department in the Blount County, TN
Courthouse. If you have any issues registering in the online system, contact the
IonWave help desk at 866-277-2645, ext. 4, support@ionwave.net, or Blount County
Purchasing, 865-273-5740, purchasing@blounttn.org.
Manual/Written (hard copy) submittals are also an optional method of response
and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County, TN
Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Dept., Room 319, Attn: RFQ No. 2024-0102,
385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.
RFQ responses are not accepted via email or fax. Bidders must allow ample
time to submit their response. No information may be submitted or modified
beyond the Response Deadline Date / Time.
RFQ Questions:
When registered, vendors may submit questions via the Questions tab for this RFQ
in the online bidding system. Please make note of the question deadline. Prior to
response submission, it is the bidder's responsibility to access the online bidding
system, ascertain they have received all addenda and viewed answers to published
questions to ensure they responded to the RFQ accordingly.
