The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) provides cash incentives and/or financing for the installation by Contractors/Builders of new grid-connected Electric Photovoltaic (PV) systems that are 25kW or less for residential sites in all regions, 200 kW or less for small commercial sites in ConEd and Upstate regions, and 500 kW or less for small commercial sites in PSEG Long Island region.
