Scope	Amendments #1 and #2 have been posted. The intent of this Informal Solicitation is to solicit proposals for Automotive Locksmith Services, for Montgomery County, Maryland, Department of Police, Vehicle Recovery Section (VRS) as per the terms, conditions, specifications, and Quotation Sheet contained herein. The first on-site service visit date for all services will be on a date approved by the County and will be as soon as practical after the start of the Contract. The Locksmith Contractor will respond to the Vehicle Recovery Section (VRS) storage lot at 305 Metropolitan Grove Rd, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 on a date and time specified by the VRS Manager or designee.
