I1_1. A. SCOPE OF WORK Lot 1: Replace Main Pool pump, Model ITT Marlow Pump model number 6E4P, or Agency Approved Equivalent meeting the minimum specifications and capabilities below:
1. The Contractor shall provide and install a pool pump to tie into existing plumbing and electrical with minimal plumbing and electrical modifications.
2. The Pump shall be able to maintain the 8-hour turnover rate minimum set by VDH standards and achieve the required turnover rate for each pool.
3. The Pump shall have a Minimum 5-year transferrable warranty the contractor agrees to provide at the time of invoicing.
4. The Pump shall be able to support the following minimal activity:
a. Activity Pool (48,000 gallons): 1.2-hour turnover rate and flow rate of 670 GPM.
b. 3 Foot Pool (128,600 gallons): 5-hour turnover rate and flow rate of 430 GPM.
c. 5 Foot Pool (88,000 gallons): 4.9 hours and flow rate of 300 GPM. 5. Contractor shall provide a list of identified additional parts upon inspection at time of site visit to park representative and noted individually by attachment at time of bid.

1. Contractor shall provide and install (4) four each valve (s) with replacement non-corrosive high-quality valves. Valves should be incorporated into the existing system in the same manner as original valves.
