The City of Malibu is interested in contracting with a highly qualified consulting firm to provide complete plan check services. These services include building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, accessibility, and grading & drainage plan checks.
All questions regarding the Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q) must be submitted in writing via email to Rebecca Nelson-Brown, Senior Administrative Assistant, at

Mark envelope #1 with “Plan Check Consultant Services.” Mark envelope #2 with “Plan Check Consultant Cost Proposal”; must be in a separate envelope than the other documents for the RFP. Please submit four (4) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy. All responses must be submitted in the form set forth in this RFP, sealed and delivered to:
