The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency on behalf of the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento is soliciting for a qualified, experienced firm and/or team of firms (Contractor) to provide a Green Physical Needs Assessment (“GPNA”), Energy Audit and Accessibility Audit for its portfolio of properties. This includes single family homes, garden-style apartments, duplexes, mid-rise and high rise apartments.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, November 14, 2022 at the SHRA Commission Room – 2 ^nd Floor, 801 12 ^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend.

Proposals will only be accepted through PlanetBids. Proposal submitted directly to the Agency will be deemed non-responsive.
